The Application
Process
An application form must be submitted to
the school along with a non-refundable $50 application fee.*
Please answer all questions on the application form as fully
as possible. Please arrange with your child's current school
to send school progress reports (see enclosed release of information
form). Once we have received the application and fee we will
send a letter confirming our receipt of the application. If
there are currently no openings, we will also ask if you would
like your child's name to be placed on the waiting list (see
below).
Please note: Request for Records and Release
of Information: Please forward the Request
for Records form to the records office of the student's
present school.
*This fee is waived for families applying
for financial aid.
The Visit
The visit is an opportunity for parent(s)
to view our school, discuss our schools' mission, curriculum
and philosophy as it relates to your child's unique talents,
special interests and learning style. Older students may spend
a morning or an entire day "shadowing" in the class for which
they are applying once we have received your application.
Financial Arrangements
Once your child has been accepted, a non-refundable
materials and insurance fee will need to be paid and a Tuition
and Enrollment Agreement signed. All fees and tuition are
listed in the Tuition
and Fee Schedule. Tuition assistance may be available
for those who apply and qualify.
Waiting
Lists
Any child whose application is received after
the class has reached maximum enrollment has the opportunity
to be placed on a waiting list. Should an opening arise, the
parent(s) will be called in the order in which the application
was received. If the parent(s) cannot be reached, the next
name on the list will be called. The child's name will remain
on the waiting list until he or she is enrolled, the parent(s)
request that the child's name be removed, or an opening offered
is refused. A child can be placed on the waiting list only
after we receive an application form along with the non-refundable
application fee.
