The Admissions Process

1. All interested applicants and their parents are welcome to come and visit our school. You can call the office at 438-8585 to reserve a space on one of our morning tours. These tours allow you to see each class in action and speak with current students and our principal.

2. You may also schedule a different time to observe our classes if you are unable to join a tour.

3. Students who are considering filling out an application for Middle School are also invited to shadow a middle school student for a full school day.

4. Once you have decided to apply, please follow the guidelines below:

• Application for admission form and fee: Please fill out the application and return it along with the non-refundable $50 application fee (this fee is waived if you are applying for financial aid).
• Please forward the Request for Records form to the records office of the student's present school. The applicant's current teachers may be contacted for references.
• For Middle School Students only: Please make sure that middle school student applicants fill out the Student section of the application.
• For Middle School Students only In addition to the above required documents, a student "shadow" visit is necessary to complete the middle school application process, unless the student lives outside of New Mexico.

5. Once all of the above is complete the applicant's name is officially added to our wait list.

• Families will be called and acceptances will be mailed when openings occur. Acceptance mid-year is dependent upon availability.
• Your child's name can remain on the wait list from year to year, until an opening arises or you decide to take your child's name off of the list. You will not need to reapply each year.
• The materials & insurance fee is required upon notification of acceptance to hold a space until the date of entry.
